*NOTES:
1) If one of the 4 above packages is selected, the package fee must be paid in full even if fewer days are used.
2) Additional days may be added, but will be charged at full price off the nonprofit rate sheet.
3) Extra Performances on the Same Day will be charged as indicated on the rate sheet.
4) Each of the four discount packages above will also include 20 half-day rehearsals in Room C of the Rapides Foundation Building at a 25% discount (total of $225.00).

STANDARD PRODUCTION PACKAGE

REHEARSALS:

• House/work lights only
• Use of green room and chorus dressing rooms

TECHNICAL/DRESS REHEARSAL/PERFORMANCE:

• Green room and chorus dressing rooms
• Additional dressing rooms as determined by CSPAC
• LIGHTING-Use of up to 64 hanging instruments controlled by Strand 550i console
• SOUND-Use of house audio system including CD, mini-disc and cassette players.
• DRAPERIES-Full stage black masking, main curtain and valance, mid-stage traveler.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Additional equipment is available from the Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center based on other needs. The Technical Staff will be happy to assist you with determining your specific production needs.

• FOLLOW SPOTS: (2) Strong International Troupers
• WIRELESS MICROPHONES: Hand held or Lapel (Batteries furnished by Leasee.)
• CUE COMMUNICATIONS: Clear com belt pack stations with headset.
• DRAPERIES: Black Sharkstooth Scrim, White Muslim Cyclorama with CYC. Strip Lighting
• CONCERT GRAND PIANO (Use strictly limited, must be tuned by approved technician at user cost)

NOTE: ALL EQUIPMENT USED SUBJECT TO REPLACEMENT COST CHARGES IF DAMAGED (see CSPAC Rules and Regulations)
